2012 Cross Country: Placed 24th at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 26:20.36...Ran a 16:22.87 at the CCSU Mini Meet for 32nd place...Finished 41st at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 22 with a time of 27:47.11...Completed the IC4A/ECAC Championship race in 26:47.4 for 72nd...Placed 114th with a time of 32:38.6 at the 10K NCAA Regionals...Competed in the NEICAAA Championships and crossed the 8K finish line in 26:09.06 for 128th place.

2012 Outdoor Track: Placed second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:22.88...Helped the 4x800 meter relay team finished fourth with a time of 7:49.92 at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Ran a 3:58.91 in the 1,500 meter run for fourth place at the Second Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational.

2012 Indoor Track: Earned the Indoor Northeast Conference Distance Medley Relay Champion title for his performance at the NEC Indoor Championships, the team took first in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:08.25...Placed third in the 800 meter run at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic with a time of 1:57.44...Ran a 2:32.35 in the 1,000 meter run for eighth place at the Yale Giegengack Invitational...Finished ninth in the 1,000 meter run at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational with a time of 2:36.41...Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic, team took 12th place with a time of 3:35.78...Placed 15th in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:58.08 at the NEC Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in five out of eight of the Blue Devils’ meets…Best performance came at the Blue Devil Invitational on Sept. 2 where he placed 20th…Placed 46th out of 143 at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 17 with a time of 28.21.10…Came up with 64th place at the Northeast Conference Championships on Oct. 29…Participated in the sub-varsity meet at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships on Oct. 8 where he placed 83rd with a time of 27:43…Finished the season at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships in 123rd place with a time of 27:33.
