2012 Outdoor Track: Competed in the 4x100 meter relay at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships, the team ran a 41.72 for third place and qualified for IC4A competiton...Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the NEC Championships, earning sixth place with a team time of 3:18.74...Earned a career-best time of 49.99 in the 400 meter dash at the NEC Championships placing 13th...Completed the 200 meter dash at the Holy Cross Invitational on April 21 in 10th place with a career-best time of 22.70. 

2012 Indoor Track: Placed fourth in the 400 meter dash at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 50.44...Ran the final leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the NEC Championships, the team earned fifth place, crossing the finish line in 3:24.63...Completed the 55 meter dash in 6.68 earning a personal best on Jan. 7 against UCONN and Southern Connecticut for sixth place.

2010-2011: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track & field...Placed second in the 500m (1:05.88) at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championship...Occupied the first place spot  (22.88) at the Giegengack Invitational and the second place spot (22.81) at the Bryant University Invitational, both in the 200m event...Held the top spot in the 400m (50.28) winning the event at the Giegengack Invitational.

Before Central: Captained New Fairfield's indoor and outdoor track teams...Earned all-conference second team honors for indoor and outdoor track...School record holder in the 55 meters and 300 meters...Also played football at New Fairfield, garnering all-conference accolades.
