2012 Cross Country: Best finish of the season came at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 22 where he placed 70th with a time of 28:55.21...Crossed the finish line at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19 in 17:22.20 for 75th place...Finished 86th at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 29:49.13...Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 17 where he placed 123rd, crossing the finish line in 29:03.5. 

Before Central: Participated in cross country and track and field at Trumbull High School...Awarded All-New England for his performances in the 600 meter and the 800 meter his senior year...Also earned All-New England honors in the 4x400 meter relay in both his junior and senior years...Earned All-State honors for his performances in the 600 meter (2011), the 4x400 meter relay (indoor 2011 and outdoor 2012) and the 4x200 meter relay (2012 indoor)...Named All-FCIAC Champion in the 600 meter in 2011 and in the 4x400 meter relay (indoor and outdoor)...Also awarded All-Conference honors in the outdoor 4x800 meter relay in 2010 and second team honors for the 600 meter in 2012...Named to the Connecticut Post All-Star team in 2011 and 2012 for both indoor and outdoor track...Named Connecticut Post Athlete of the Week in 2011...Awarded Scholar-Athlete of the Month for October 2012...Holds his high school record in the 600 meter run (1:21.79) and in the indoor 4x400 meter relay (3:26.98)...Also holds his high school record in the sprint medley relay.
