2010-2011: Registered a personal best time of 1:55.89 in the 800m event at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship, good for second place...Also recorded career best times in the 1,000m (2:32.34), 1,500m (4:06.18), 1 mile (4:26.59), and 3,000m steeple (9:55.49).

2008-09: Placed eighth at the Blue Devil Cross Country Invitational, recording a time of 28:21 on the five mile course...Won the 1,000 meters at the Maine Open in a time of 2:35.69...Took ninth place in the 3,000 meter steeple chase at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:04.14...Best steeple chase time on the season was 9:48.64 (18th place) at the New England Outdoor Championships.

2007-08: Season best in cross country was 28:13.80 at Murray Keatinge Invitational...Placed 10th in the 1,000m with 2:39.28 at Boston Indoor Games...Season best in the 800m (2:01.54) at UMass Invitational...Placed eighth in the 3,000m steeple chase with a 10:12.74 finish at the NEC Outdoor Championships.

Before Central: Participated in cross country and track and field for four years at Middletown High...Captained track and field and cross country as a senior...Holds school record in 2,000m and 3,000m steeplechase.
