VISITING TEAM/MEDIA INFORMATION
- TEAM/MEDIA CREDENTIALS: Please email team/media credential requests to Jeff Mead, including radio team and those who will need seats at press row.
Credentials can be picked up at the Will Call table located in the entry lobby of Kaiser Hall when you arrive for the game. - GAME NOTES: We are paperless, but can run a set of hard copy notes if requested. There will be a scannable QR code located at your seat that will provide you a link to all gameday information. You can also find that information here: https://ccsubluedevils.com/GameProgram
- PARKING: Parking is available in the Kaiser Field Lot (‘A’ on the map) just a short walk to Kaiser Hall (‘7’ on the map). https://docs.ccsu.edu/CampusMap.pdf
- MEDIA SEATING: Media seating at Detrick Gymnasium is located courtside on the sideline across from the team benches. Seat cards will be placed on the table with information for Wi-Fi and the day’s game.
- PHOTO/VIDEO LOCATIONS: Photo/Video shooting locations are permitted from the baselines and the sideline across from team benches. Access to the team benches and sideline for photo/video is not permitted unless previous arrangements are made with the Athletics Communications Office.
- PHOTOGRAPHY REGULATIONS:
- Must follow all applicable NCAA and NEC rules pertaining to the media.
- All photographers must properly display credentials.
- Photos are not allowed to be sold.
- Access to the court and/or team huddles is not permitted during game play.
- POSTGAME INTERVIEWS: Postgame interviews for CCSU coaches and student-athletes will be held in the entry lobby to the home team bench.
The CCSU communications staff will arrange any requests for postgame interviews for both CCSU and visiting teams (should a communications staff not be present). - INTERNET ACCESS: Visitors can connect to the network ccsu-public. Open the browser on your device, click ‘Register for Guest Account’ and complete form and connect. An email will be sent with a password to connect additional devices.
