  • The Blue Devils travel to Southeastern for the first-time ever, as the two teams wrap-up a home-and-home series that began last year in New Britain
  • Central is third in the nation in turnover margin, +2, for the season
  • CCSU has had three players earn NEC Primer Performer this fall, with Nasir Smith and Jahlil Brown taking home those honors this week

Seton Hall Classic, Friday and Saturday, September 16-17

  • Volleyball concludes a five-match homestand with Hartford Tuesday night, with a 3-1 record during those matches
  • The squad travels to the Seton Hall Classic Friday and Saturday with matches versus Seton Hall, NJIT and Dartmouth
  • CCSU is 18-6 all-time versus Hartford and are 7-3 in the last 10 meetings
  • Friday will mark the fourth meeting with Seton Hall, with the Blue Devils winning the last meeting 13 years ago, (9/12/09)
  • CCSU has beaten NJIT four straight times and in seven of the eight all-time meetings
  • Saturday's match will be the 10th all-time meeting with Dartmouth
