Football Begins Spring Practice Tuesday Morning
15-practice schedule culminates with April 19th Spring Game
The second spring football practice slate of the Adam Lechtenberg era kicks off Tuesday, March 19th at 6:00 am. The Blue Devil's 15-day spring schedule culminates on Friday, April 19th with the annual Spring Game and Prospect Day.
The Blue Devils spent the first eight weeks of the semester concentrating on academics, conditioning, and community service projects. The student-athletes have excelled in each of those areas, making great strides as a team in the weight room. They have taken part in numerous community projects, visiting community centers, local schools, and a potentially life-saving bone marrow donation (more to come on this.)
"We have a lot of work ahead of us, but our guys have worked extremely hard this offseason and we continue to make progress on and off the field." "I am looking forward to getting out on the field with them for this next segment of our off-season to see how much we can improve in fifteen practices."
