Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2024 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference First Team (4x800m)...Won gold on the 4x800m relay (7:45.57) at the NEC Championships...Placed fifth in the 800m (1:54.49) at the NEC Championships...Ran collegiate-best in the 800m (1:52.97) at the Yale Twilight

2024 Indoor: All-Northeast Conference First Team (DMR)...Placed fourth in the 800m (1:54.96) at the NEC Championships, while winning gold on the DMR...Ran a collegiate-best in 1000m (2:34.11) at UMass Flagship Indoor Invitational...Ran the Mile in 4:19.85 at Scarlet Knight Open.

2023 Cross Country: Did not compete at any meets...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll

2023 Outdoor: First Team All Northeast Conference... Notched a collegiate best in the 5,000m race at the UMass Flagship Opener, crossing the finish line in 15:54.46... Finished in 1:55.45 in the 800m run at the Blue Devil Invitational... Was a part of CCSU’s first place finishing 4x800m relay (7:44.71) at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. He also competed in the 1,500m race, coming in at 4:09.08 to secure a new collegiate best... Finished out the season competing in the 800m run at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, coming in at 1:54.74 to place 13th and secure a new collegiate best. 

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Notched a new personal best in the 1000m run at the 2023 Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, crossing the finish line in 2:35.42... Placed eighth in the mile with a new personal best time of 4:29.09 at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help his team to a second-place finish. 

2021 Outdoor: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll

2020 Indoor: Won the bronze in the 800 meter (1:58.90) at the Ramapo Season Opener...Ran a personal best in the mile (4:29.54) at the UAlbany Winter Classic...Posted a best time in the 800 meter (1:56.07) at the BU Valentine Invite.

Before Central: All-Conference in cross country and track and All-State in cross country as a senior.
