2024 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference Second Team (3000S)...Placed second in the steeple chase (9:14.43) at the NEC Championships...Ran collegiate-best 3:59.70 in 1500m at Holy Cross Invitational...Ran a collegiate-best in the 3K (8:28.41) at Blue Devil Invite...Had a collegiate-best 9:13.56 in the 3000S at the Yale Twilight

2024 Indoor: Ran a collegiate-best in the 800m (2:01.05) at the URI Invitational...Ran the 5000m in 14:49.8 at the Scarlet Knight Open, a collegiate-best...Had a collegiate-best in the Mile (4:14.57) at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Placed sixth in the 3K (8:32.04) at the NEC Championships

2023 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Placed seventh at NEC Championships (25:43.50)...Ran a collegiate personal-best in the 8k race at IC4A/ECAC Championships (25:43.5)...Ran a collegiate best at NCAA Regional completing 10K race in 31:19.0.

2023 Outdoor: Second Team All Northeast Conference... Ran a collegiate best time in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invitational, finishing in 9:16.86... Took silver in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:35.96. 

2022-23 Indoor: Ran a personal best time in the mile (4:18.13) at the Ramapo College Opener, snagging 2nd place... Competed in the 3000m race at the 2023 Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, running a best time of 8:33.60... Ran at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing fourth in the 5000m race with a best time of 14:58.22...Placed fourth in the 5000m run (15:10.97) and sixth in the 3000m run (8:42.14) at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help his team to a second-place finish.  

2021-22 Indoor: Ran the 3,000 (8:58.79) and 5,000 (15:05.53) at the NEC Championships, placing 7th in the 5K...Ran the 3000 in 8:34.20 at the New England Championships.

2021 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Had four Top-10 finishes during the season...Placed 3rd at the Ted Owen Invitational (26:08.1)...Placed 5th at the NEC Championships (26:01.6).

2021 Outdoor: Ran a collegiate best in the steeple chase (9:24.72) and placed fourth at the Northeast Conference Championships...Had a top-10 finish in the 5,000 meter run (15:45.86)...Ran the 1500 in 4:10.65 at the CCSU Invitational...Turned in a time of 15:10.00 in the 5,000 meter at Yellow Jacket Invitational...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll...All-Northeast Conference...Placed ninth at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in 25:14.1...Helped team to a second place finish.

2020-21 Indoor: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll  

2019 Cross Country: Ran a season best in the 8K with a time of 26:13.8 at the 2019 NEICAAA Cross Country Championships...Finished 21st in the 8K at the NEC Championship...Ran the 10K at the NCAA DI Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

Before Central: Member of the cross country team at Manchester High School...Team captain as a senior...Earned the CCC All-Conference award and CCC All-Academic award...Received the Ironman award.
