Bio

David Kelly was named the third head coach in the history of the CCSU men’s soccer program on January 14, 2020 (read more). He was elevated to the top position after spending the previous seven seasons as an assistant coach.

Kelly graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in History in 1990. He holds United States Soccer Federation “A”, “Pro-B”, “National Youth” coaching licenses and the United Soccer Coaches “Premier Diploma”.

He and his wife, Tricia, live in West Hartford with their two daughters.
