Women's Soccer Drops Decision at UConn on Sunday Afternoon
The Central Connecticut women's soccer team dropped a 5-0 decision on the road at Connecticut on Sunday and now stands at 2-5 overall on the season. The Blue Devils have two games remaining on their non-conference slate this season. They will host Hartford on Friday night at 5 p.m. and then travel to Albany on Sunday.

UConn led 2-0 at the half and scored three second half goals to
earn the 5-0 win. They held a 20-8 advantage in shots in the game,
including 10-2 in shots on goal.
Freshman goalkeeper Nikola
Deiter made five saves in goal for the Blue Devils in the
loss. Two goalkeeper combined for the shutout for the
Huskies.
Melissa Busque led the husky offense with a pair of goals. Senior

Tregear had two shots on goal for the Blue Devils.
Central returns home on Friday night hosting Hartford at 5 p.m. on
Arute Field. Admission to all soccer games this season is free,
and fans can watch a live video stream online beginning at game
time.
