Football Drops NEC Contest At Saint Francis U
Washington has first career pick six
The Central Connecticut football team returned to Northeast Conference play, falling 39-13 at Saint Francis U on Saturday afternoon. The game was the third consecutive road game for the Blue Devils.
Luquay Washington scored the Blue Devils first points, intercepting a pass across the middle fo the field and taking it back 47-yards for the touchdown.
The Blue Devils return to Arute Field for Homecoming on October 8 when they host Brown. Game time is set for 1:00 pm and tickets are available online.

- Cole Doyle connected with Elijah Surratt from six-yards out to give the Red Flash a 32-13 advantage with 11:49 to play after a missed PAT
