Football Opens NEC Play Today at Robert Morris
Blue Devils have won six straight conference games dating to last season
The Central Connecticut football team opens Northeast Conference play today at 1 p.m. at Robert Morris. The Blue Devils are 2-3 after five non-conference games, and are playing their third straight road game. The Blue Devils are looking for their first win at Robert Morris since 2004, and are looking for their seventh straight NEC victory. Central finished 6-0 last season in league play, putting together the first undefeated NEC season for any league team since 2008.
