2024 Outdoor: First Team All-Northeast Conference...Ran on gold medal-winning 4x800 relay (7:45.57) at NEC Championships...Ran collegiate-best in 3000 steeple (9:57.69) at UMass Flagship Opener, 2000 steeple (6:15.72) at Holy Cross Invitational, 800 (1:54.18) at Blue Devil Invite, and 1500m (3:58.09) at New England Championships.

2024 Indoor: Ran Mile in 4:24.98 at NEC Championships...Ran collegiate-best in Mile (4:13.94) at IC4A/ECAC Championships...Ran collegiate-best in 1000m (2:32.74) at URI Invitational and 3000m (8:32.31) at Scarlet Knight Open.

2023 Cross Country: Ran collegiate-best in 8K (26:18.5) at IC4A/ECAC Championships

Before Central: Ran as a part of Monmouth's track and cross country teams which saw great success while on the team...Competed in the 6k and 8k events during the cross-country season...Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000S, and 5000m during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons...Set new PRs in the 800m, 1500m, and 3000S...Placed 12th in the 3000S at the MAAC Championships, crossing the line in 10:13.43 (5/7)...Won the 3000s at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational with a time of 9:51.80 (4/15)...Clocked in with a time of 1:58.10 in the 800m at the Towson Invitational (4/1)...Earned a top-five finish with a time of 4:03.65 in the 1500m at Lehigh’s Carol and John Covert Classic (4/29)...Finished 7th place in CAA Steeplechase final...Earned a total of 9 varsity letters for coach Travis Mahoney at Old Bridge High School...Team conference champion for indoor and outdoor track and field as a sophomore...Team division champion in cross country as a senior
