2015 Cross Country: Competed at the NEC Championships this season and finished 18th out of 68 runners...Ran an average mile time of 5:19.4...Turned in a final time of 26:29.5 at the New England Championships...Ran the NCAA Regionals and turned in a time of 33:07 to place 139th...Ran the course in 27:28.5 to place 75th out of 183 runners at the ECAC/IC4A Championships...Earned a spot on the NEC’s Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2014 Cross Country: Ran at the Ted Owen Invitational and finished 30th out of 135 runners with a time of 28:06.05...Placed 140th out of 262 runners with a time of 26:07.84 at the New England Championships on Oct. 11.

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted, but competed in two meets as an unattached runner...Finished 41st out of 70 at the CCSU Ted Own Invitational on Sept. 21 and placed 95th out of 119 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25.

Before Central: Named CIAC Cross Country All-State and to the NCCC All-Conference Cross Country Team in 2010, 2011 and 2012...Named to the NCCC All-Conference Track and Field Team in 2012 and 2013...Helped lead his team to Class S State Champion title in cross country in 2009, 2011 and 2012...Named BHS Most Valuable Runner in 2011 and 2012...Team captain 2011-2013...Also named to the Randy Smith JI All-Area Team.
