Isabelle Roufs Named All-NEC Volleyball Second Team
Junior Isabelle Roufs of the Central Connecticut volleyball team was named to the All-Northeast Conference Second Team it was announced by the league office on Thursday afternoon. Roufs earned All-Northeast Conference honors for the third time in her career.

Roufs earned All-Northeast Conference honors for the third time in her career. She led the Blue Devils with 1.10 blocks/set and posted team-leading .296 hitting percentage. Roufs posted 1.72 kills/set and contributed 38 digs, 10 assists and nine sercie aces. Among conference leaders, she ranked second in blocks and her hitting percentage ranked sixth. She helped the Blue Devils rank first as a team in the league with 2.18 blocks/set and rank second, limiting opponents to a .183 hitting percentage. Roufs had a season-high 10 kills, while hitting .368 in the season-finale against FDU on Nov. 12, and she had a season-high nine blocks against LIU on Sept. 24. She was also a three-time NEC Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 30, Oct. 4 and Oct. 18.
The Blue Devils finished the 2022 season with a 12-14 overall mark.
