2019 Outdoor: Won the bronze medal for the 5,000 meter with a time of 15:04.52 and came in fifth place in the 10,000 meter at 33:29.95 at the NEC Championship...Came in fourth for the 10,000 meter at the NEICAAA New England Outdoor Championship with a time of 32:15.53.

2018 Cross Country: Finished in third place and set a personal best in the 4.97 mile run, 25:02.7, at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational...Finished first for the 8K course with a time of 26:45.0 at the 16th Annual Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational...Set a personal best and finished 12th for the 8K with a time of 25:20.9 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship...Finished fourth for the 8K at the NEC Championship with a time of 25:57.5...Named NEC Athlete of the Week two times...One of three Blue Devils named to the 2018 Men's Cross Country All-Conference Team.

2018 Indoor: Placed first for the mile at the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational...Finished first for the 3000 meter run at the Joe Donahue Games...Recorded a personal best for the 5000 meter run (14:30.71) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic...Ran a fastest mile of 4:18.62 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Ran the 3000 and 5000 meter run at the 2018 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championship coming in second in both races, setting a personal best for the 3000 meter (8:31.50).

2017 Cross Country: Ran the 5M at the IC4A ECAC XC Championship finishing 21st overall with a personal best time of 25:51.8.

2017 Indoor: Ran at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships finishing the 5,000 meter run in 15:54.02 taking 14th place overall.

2016 Cross Country: Competed at the NCAA Northeast Region XC Championship 10K race finishing in 33:24.2... Finished ninth overall at the Northeast Conference Championships, running the 8K course at Saint Francis PA in 28:06.8...Took fifth place with his best 8K time of the season, 25:49.7, at the 14th Annual Ted Owen Invitational.

2016 Outdoor: Earned bronze in the 10,000 meter run (32.42.27), the 5,000 meter run (15:44.68), and the 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:49.24) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Competed in the IC4A Championships running a personal best 10,000m time of 30:57.74...Ran a collegiate fastest time of 14:47.95 in the 5,000 meter run at the Sam Howell Invitational.

2016 Indoor: Took bronze in the 3,000 meter run (8:33.45 PR), and fourth place in the 5,000 meter run (14:56.82) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran a personal best time of 4:21.84 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2015 Outdoor: Finished 3rd in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and 4th in the 10,000 meter run at the NEC Championships...Had a season best time in the 10,000 Meter Run at the NEICAAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 32:07.26.

2015 Cross Country: Earned All-Northeast Conference honors, finishing eighth at the NEC Championships with a time of 25:38.5...Four-time Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week...Placed 16th at the CCSU Mini Meet (15:29.5)...Placed second in the Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 26:29...Finished in 16:02 at the Nassaney Invitational and was the top finishing freshman (38th)...Led CCSU at the Stony Brook Invitational with a time of 19:17.84...Earned a spot on the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll.
