Before Central: Competed on both cross country and track at New Milford High School... Helped his cross coutnry team win the SWC champhionship and Class L Championship in 2014... Earned 1st team All-Conference in cross country (2014)... Earned second team All-Conference in the 4x400m relay in 2012... Was an honorable mention in the SMR in indoor (2013)... received an honorable mention for the 400m dash in outdoor (2013)... Earned 1st team All-Conference and All-State for the 600m dash in indoor track as a Junior... Awarded MVP for New Milford in indoor (2014)... Earned honorable mention for 400m dash in outdoor (2014)... 1st team All-Conference in the 600m and SMR in indoor (2015)... Honorable mention for the 4x400m relay (2015)... Holds the SWC record for the 600m and SMR in indoor...1st team All-Conference for the 800m and 2nd team All-Conference for the 400m dash and 4x400m relay in outdoor (2015)...
