2019 Indoor: In his first time running the 3,000 meter, came in 19th place with a time of 9:15.36 at the Wagner College Invitational...Ran the mile for the first time at the Ramapo College Season Opener finishing in ninth place at 4:39.03.

2018 Cross Country: Ran a personal best in the 4.97 mile run with a time of 26:02.4 and finished 22nd at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational...Recorded a personal best time for the 8K, 25:53.1, at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship...Ran the 5K and set a personal best time of 15:30.5 and finished 25th at the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Finished the 8K race in a time of 27:07.6 at the NEC Championship...Ran the 10K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship in a time of 36:33.7.

2017 Cross Country: Set a personal best in the 6K with a time of 21:18.0 at the 2017 UMass Minuteman XC Invitational...Finished 8th in the 5K at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet with a time o 16:00.0...Ran a personal best in the 10K with a time of 35:48.1 at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships...Ran the 5 mile run and recorded a personal best time of 27:31.9 at the IC4A ECAC Cross Country Championship.
