Cross Country Finishes Ninth at IC4A/ECAC Championships
The Blue Devils finished ninth out of 16 teams.
The Central Connecticut men's cross country team came in ninth place against 16 other teams at the 111th ICA4/34th ECAC Championships on Saturday afternoon. Senior Roberto Piotto led the Blue Devils through the 8K course in Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, NY coming in 20th place with a time of 25:53. Seven runners represented CCSU in the final meet of the 2019 season.

NOTES
- Two Blue Devils finished in the top 50 and five runners finished in the top 100.
- The men's cross country team was named the Northeast Conference runner-up. Piotto was the NEC Indiviudal Champion and freshman Elias Field was crowned the NEC Rookie of the Year.
