2019 Indoor: Won the bronze medal in the DMR with a time of 10:56.67 at the Joe Donahue Games...Ran the 3,000 meter (9:35.53) for the first time at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic.

2018 Cross Country: Ran the 8K at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship and finished with a time of 27:41.7...At the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet ran the 5K in 16:16.0...Finished the 8K course in 29:47.5 at the NEC Championship.

Before Central: Named to the All-State Second Team for the 4x800 meter relay...Assisted in breaking New Mildford's 4x800m relay record...Was a 2017 SWC Track honorable mention...Selected to the All-Conference Second Team (2017).
