2013 Outdoor Track: Competed one meet, the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational, for Central early in the season...Best finish was in the 1,500m run in which he was the first Blue Devil to cross the line, third overall, with his time of 3:59.79...Also placed 26th of 56 in the 800m run with a career-best time of 2:02.78. 

2013 Indoor Track: Placed fifth in the 5,000 meter run at the NEC Indoor Championships with his time of 15:11.22...Crossed the finish line seventh of 26 with a time of 4:14.99 in the one mile event at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18.

2012 Cross Country: Named NEC Athlete of the Week on Oct. 24th...Emerged the NEC Individual Champion at the conference championships, leading the Blue Devils to their fourth consecutive championship with his time of 25:03.77...Also placed first at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19 with his time of 15:22.61...Crossed the finish line 13th of 260 competitors at the All-New England Championships on Oct. 7...Placed 30th of 239 at the NCAA Regionals and was the first Blue Devil to cross the finish line.

2012 Outdoor Track: Placed second in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:50.71 at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships...Also finished second in the 5,000 meter run at the NEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:39.38...Ran a 14:17.09 in the 5,000 meter run for sixth place at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2012 Indoor Track: Placed first in the one mile run at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 4:13.08...Ran the final leg of the men's distance medley at the NEC Indoor Championships, team placed first with a 10:08.25 and earned a new meet record...Finished third in the 1,000 meter run at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational with a time of 2:30.10...Ran the first leg of the men's distance medley at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic, his team placed third with a time of 10:05.43...Placed fifth in the 4x800 meter relay running the final leg for a 7:52.46 at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic.

Before Central: Attended Abilene Christian University where he competed in track & field and cross country...A cross country State Champion in the two mile (9:07) at Pawling High School.
