Bio
Hamilton was a leader for the Blue Devils' wrestling team, serving as a two-time team captain. He capped his career at the 1974 NCAA College Division Championships by placing seventh at the 126 pound weight class to earn All-America honors. Hamilton placed second at the New England Intercollegiate Wrestling Tournament in three straight years from 1972-74 and was named to the 1974 edition of "Outstanding College Athletes of America". He went on to a successful career as a high school coach and administrator on Long Island.
