Bio
Dean Rodolakis joined the CCSU Department of Athletics in June 2025 as a graduate intern sports performance coach. He currently works with the Blue Devils cross country and men's soccer teams and the throws group of the track & field programs.
Rodolakis earned his BS in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College in May, 2025.

- Observed and aided in the training of Men's Ice Hockey, Women's Ice Hockey, Women's Volleyball, Baseball, Field Hockey, and Softball

- Setup and led strength and conditioning, speed and agility sessions
Ludlow Senior High School Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach (September 2023-June 2024)
- Designed and Implemented programming for: cross country, football, basketball, track and field (indoor and outdoor), competitive cheerleading, and softball
