2019 Outdoor: Set a personal best record in the 400 meter (1:00.72) at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Won gold medals for the 400 meter hurdles (1:06.55) and high jump (1.65m) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Competed in four events at the Northeast Conference Championship...Won the silver medal and set a personal best leap of 1.67m in the high jump...Had a personal best time of 1:02.86 in the 400 meter hurdles...Competed in the long jump at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship...Ran the 400 meter hurdles at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2019 Indoor: Won the gold medal in the 4x400 (4:08.55) and bronze medal in the high jump (1.60m) and finished fourth in the 60 meter hurdles (9.61) at the Ramapo College Season Opener...Crowned the champion of the pentathlon with 3,383 points a the Wheaton College Invitational...Competed in four events at the 2019 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships...Came in second place in the high jump (1.62m) at the BU Last Chance Qualifier...Earned the bronze medal and set a personal best in the pentathlon (3,511) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championship.

2018 Outdoor: Won the bronze medal in the 4x400 (4:13.87) and competed in the high jump and long jump at the Black & Gold Invitational...Set a personal best in the Heptathlon with a total of 4,132 points at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational...Won gold medals in the 4x100 (47.91) and the long jump (5.52m) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Competed in five events at the NEC Championship...Won the silver medal for long jump (5.51m) and bronze for high jump (1.64m)...Competed in the long jump at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2018 Indoor: Competed in three events at the Wagner Invite...Earned three medals at the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational for the 4x400 (4:13.21) high jump (1.55m) and long jump (5.20m)...Earned a fourth place finish in the pentathlon with 3,483 points at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships...Took the gold with a personal best leap of 5.62m in the long jump and won the silver medal in the DMR at the 2018 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championship...Won the bronze medal in the pentathlon (3,497) at the 2018 ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championship.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in three seperate events at the 2017 NEC Championships...Placed fourth overall with a personal record leap of 5.23m in the long jump...Ran a personal fastest 400m hurdle time of 1:05.42 in the NEC finals to come in fifth place...Anchored the third place 4x400m relay team at Rider.

2017 Indoor: Claimed the silver medal in the high jump (1.59m) at this year's NEC Championships, as well as in the distance medley relay race (12:19.05)...Took second with a personal best jump of 5.22 meters in the long jump at the 35th Yale Collegiate Invitational...Tabbed 3,098 total points in The Elm City Challenge Pentathlon while taking second place.

2016 Outdoor: Posted a career best performance in the 400 meter hurdles in the preliminaries at the Northeast Conference Championships, finishing in a time of 1:06.20 in 11th place...Also marked a season best leap of 1.50 meters in the high jump, and in the finals of the long jump of 5.03 meters (10th)...Marked a top-five place (4th) at the Mark T. Young Invite in the 400 meter hurdles in 1:07.3.

2016 Indoor: Set career highs in the 400, 500, and 800 meter dashes at three separate venues...First finishing the 800m race at the Elm City Challenge in 2:32.13...Then running a 1:02.66 time in the 400m at the Great Dane Classic...Adding a 500m PR of 1:19.59 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. 

Before Central: Named the 2015 Daily News Track Runner of the Year...Was the 2015 Cape Ann League Athlete of the Year...Claimed eight outdoor track records at Pentucket, including: high jump, long jump, 400 meter dash, individual heptathlon, career points scored, 4x400 meter relay, team heptathlon, and high jump relay...Acknowledged as the MSTCA 2015 State Heptathlon Champion..Member of the of the soccer and basketball teams...Won the 2012 Division III State Basketball Championship...Named team captain in track, basketball, and soccer.
