2019 Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 5,000 meter with a time of 15:46.71 at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Came in 10th placein the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:07.33) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Won the gold medal in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational with a time of 9:58.11...Ran a personal best 9:50.70 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and competed in the 5,000 meter run (16:28.93) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Ran the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 10:12.06 at the NEICAAA New England Outdoor Championship.

2018 Cross Country: Finished the 8K course in 27:38.7 at the NEC Championship...Ran the 10K in 37:28.6 at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship.
