Women's Track Wins Five Events at Wagner Invite
The team had five first place finishes.
The Central Connecticut women's track and field team won five events in its indoor season debut at the Wagner College Invite on Friday, Jan. 3. The meet took place in Staten Island, NY inside the Ocean Athletics Sports Complex.

KEY PERFORMANCES | RESULTS
- In her collegiate debut, Magnalen Camera won the 400 meter run with a time of 1:02.49.
- Senior Megan Brawner won the women's mile run clocking in at 5:10.45.
- Sophomore Angie Rafter won the 3,000 meter run by less than 20 seconds with a time of 10:13.34.
- Senior Hailey Rospierski took the gold in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.97. She also came in first place in the high jump with a mark of 1.65 meters.
