2014 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Freshman of the Year...Placed fifth at the NEC Championships with a time of 25:57.74...Three-time Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week...Placed eighth at the Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 26:39.00...Placed 60th of 262 runners at the New England Championships with a time of 25:26.92...Placed 23rd at the CCSU Mini Meet (15:29.40).

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted, but competed as an unattached runner in two meets...Finished 21st at the CCSU Ted Own Invitational and finished 31st at the CCSU Mini Meet.

Before Central: Competed in cross country and track and field at Tolland High School...Named All-State as a junior and senior...Awarded All-Conference as a senior...Led his team to compete at the Class M State Championships from 2009-2012...Also competed at the State Open Cross Country Championships in 2010.
