2017 Outdoor: Placed ninth overall in the 10,000 meter run at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 32:20.17...Competed in the 5,000m at Bryant's Black and Gold Invitational, finishing in eighth place.

2017 Indoor: Ran at the Northeast Conference Championships in the 3,000 meter run, finishing in sixth place with a new personal best time of 8:42.21.

2016: Did not compete.

2015 Cross Country: Was the Northeast Conference Runner-Up in the 8K with a finish of 24:57.7...Won the CCSU Mini Meet 5K in 15.05.3...Also took top honors at the Ted Owen Invitational, clocking in at 25.43.8.

2015 Outdoor: Competed at the IC4A Regional Championships in the 10,000 meter run...Placed fourth overall in the 5,000 meter Northeast Conference Championship run clocking in a time of 15.19.90...Took fifth in the 10,000 meter run at the NEC Finals, finishing in 32:52.53...Set a personal record in the 10,000 meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic, finishing in 20th place at 3:43.71. 

2015 Indoor: Marked personal bests in the mile (4:29.93) at the NYC Gotham Cup...Set another personal record in the 5,000 meter run at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Placed sixth overal in the 3,000 meter run at the NEC Finals with a time of 8:57.93...Came in ninth at the conference championships in the 5,000 meter run (15:36.92).

2014 Cross Country: Recorded his best finish of the season at the Northeast Conference Championship 8K race, taking fourth with a time of 25:52.4...Placed seventh at the Ted Owen Invitational 8K running a 26:36.3...Competed at the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championship 10K.
