2017 Indoor: Represented CCSU at the NEC Championships in the long jump, 200 and 60 meter dash....Ran on the first place 4x400 meter relay team at the 35th Yale Collegiate Invitational...Placed third at the Yale in the 60 meter dash, finishing with a season fastest time of 7.09.

2016 Outdoor: Ran on the NEC first place 4x100 meter relay team that finished with a time of 42.12...Took fifth place in the 200 meter dash (22.01 PR), and sixth in the 100 meter dash (10.85)...Qualified and competed in the 100, 200 meter dash at the IC4A Championships...Recorded two top finishes in the 200M, at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet and at the UMass Amherst Minuteman Invitational.

2016 Indoor: Competed at the IC4A and NEICAAA Championships in the 200 and 60 meter dash, respectively...Placed sixth in the 200 meter dash NEC finals with a time of 22.15...Took seventh in the 60 meter dash (7.04), and anchored the 4x400 meter relay fourth place team...Ran a personal best 60M time in the preliminary round at the 34th Yale Collegiate Invitational. 

2015 Outdoor: Had three top five finishes at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet in the 100 meter Dash, 200 meter dash, and the 4x100 meter relay...Member of the 4x100 meter relay team that placed 4th at the NEICAAA Track and Field Championships...Set a personal best in the 100 meter dash at the NEICAAA Track and Field Championsips with a time of 11.00

2015 Indoor: Was a top five finisher in the 200 Meter Dash at the Yale Collegiate Invitational...Took home the bronze at the Sorlien Invitational for the 200 Meter Dash...Had a top ten finish in the 200 Meter Dash at the NEC Championship and qualified for the NEICAAA Track and Field championships

2014 Outdoor: Finished in 1st in all three events he participated in at the CCSU Track & Field Meet...Member of the 4x100 Meter Relay team that claimed the bronze at the Monmouth Season Opener...Placed 6th in the 100 Meter Dash and 4th in the 200 Meter Dash at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...Had two top 5 finishes at the UMass Invitational in the 100 Meter Dash and the 4x100 Meter Relay...Helped his 4x100 Meter Relay team win silver at the UNH Wildcat Invitational...Set a personal best in the 200 Meter Dash at the NEC Championship with a time of 22.18

2014 Indoor: Finished the season with a top ten finish in the 200 Meter Dash, Long Jump, 60 Meter Dash, and 4x400 Meter Relay...Set a personal best in the Long Jump at the NEC Championships with a leap of 6.58m

2013 Outdoor: Competed in both the 100 and 200m dash at the NEC Championships where he posted season-best times of 11.19 and 22.64 seconds, respectively...Registered a season-best distance of 5.76m in the long jump event at the UMASS Pre-Conference Meet...Finished fourth overall in the 200m dash at the Holy Cross Invitational with his time of 22.71...Placed ninth out of 40 runners in the 100m dash at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational with his time of 11.40...Also helped the 4x400m relay squad finish second at the Holy Cross Invitational, crossing the line in 3:22.55.

Before Central: Captained his Hamden High School track and basketball teams for two-consecutive seasons...Competed in the 2012 Outdoor Nationals Championships...Set the Hamden High School record in the 4x400 meter relay and the sprint medley relay in 2012 as as senior...Listed to the Honor Roll in 2012...Lettered in both track and basketball as a freshman in 2008.
