At Coatesville High School: Played football and was a track & field athlete … Set the Pennsylvania state record for career touchdowns with 179 … All-time leading passer in the Ches-Mont League, the district and among Pennsylvania big schools … Named the Pennsylvania state Player of the Year as a senior …Three-time first team all-state performer … Two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Player of the Year as a sophomore and a senior … Chosen as the all-area Player of the Year as a sophomore and a junior … Four-time first team Ches-Mont pick … Named to the Eastern Pennsylvania All-Decade team and the Ches-Mont first team All-Decade squad … Recorded a school record 47 victories as a starting quarterback … Threw for 10,176 yards and 129 touchdowns while amassing 13,120 total yards and the record 179 total touchdowns … Team won two district titles and four Ches-Mont titles … Selected as a Mr. Pennsylvania Football finalist and won the Michael Payton Quarterback of the Year as a senior in 2019 … As a track & field athlete was a Ches-Mont and District 1 champion in the javelin … Finished third at the state meet as a sophomore in 2018 … Inducted to the National Honor Society.
