2019 Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 400 meter at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener finishing in a time of 1:11.00...Finished in seventh place in the 800 meter at the CCSU Track and Field Invitational (2:52.01).

2019 Indoor: Ran the 800 meter at the Wagner College Invitational (3:01.21)...Competed in the same event at the Ramapo College Season Opener (2:54.90)...Finished 10th in the 800 meter (2:53.31) and fifth in the 4x400 (4:38.31) at the Joe Donahue Games....Participated in the 800 meter at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (2:48.98)...Set a personal best time in the 800 meter at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:44.21
