Before Central: Competed in cross country and track and field at Pomperaug High School...Named team captain for cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field...Named First Team All-South West Conference from 2009-2012...Four-year All-State honoree...South West Conference Champion in 2010 and 2011...Earned top-five finishes in the Class L Championships in 2009 and 2010...2011 Class L Champion...Named All-New England in 2010...Received South West Conference Leadership Award in 2013.
