2008-09: Competed in cross country as well as indoor and outdoor track…Recorded a season-best time in the 100 meter hurdles at the Yale Springtime Invitational, placing 13th in 17.03 seconds…Also posted a season-best time in the 400 meter hurdles with a 1:08.39 at the NEC Championships.  

Before Central: Competed in indoor and outdoor track and field, as well as cross country at Rockville...All-Conference recipient from 2005-08...All-State athlete in 2007 and 2008...During senior season, competed at Nationals in the 4x100m and 4x400m...All-Academic Team.
