2013 Outdoor Track: Named to the All-Northeast Conference Second Team...Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week on 4/30...Placed second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NEC Championships with an ECAC qualifying time of 10:39.34...Posted a third-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Penn Relays with a CCSU record-breaking time of 10:37.64...Set a CCSU record in the 3,000m (9:58.89) at the Monmouth Season Opener in March...Took third in the 1,500m at the Holy Cross Invitational with a mark of 4:40.88...Also competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships where she clocked in a time of 10:59.90 in the 3,000m steeplechase.

2013 Indoor Track: Placed fourth at the NEC Championships in the one mile, crossing the finish line in 5:12.47...Also helped the CCSU 400m distance medley relay team to seventh place at the NEC Championships, the team crossed the finish line in 12:35.23...Took second in the 1,000m run clocking in a time of 3:07.17 at the Army Crowell Open on Jan. 5...Posted a third-place finish in the 1,000m at the URI Coaches Invitational on Feb. 2 with a career-best time of 3:00.22...Placed seventh in the one mile run at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18, crossing the line in 5:10.11...Ran a 5:05.27 in the one mile run at the Boston University Terrier Invitational for 28th out of 123 runners...Placed 14th in the one mile at the New England Championships with a time of 5:02.78.

2012 Cross Country: Named All-Northeast Conference as a junior for her 14th-place finish at the NEC Championships with her time of 18:35.20...Crossed the finish line first for Central in five of her seven meets including at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 15 where she finished second overall with her time of 18:38.60...Finished 10th overall of 177 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on Nov. 17...Placed 5th overall out of 102 with her time of 18:04.31 at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 22...Finished 23rd of 252 at the New England Championships on Oct. 7 in 17:57.92...Placed 11th at the CCSU Mini Meet out of 144 runners on Oct. 19...Also competed in the NCAA Regionals on Nov. 9 in which she placed 110th of 253.

2012 Outdoor Track: Placed fifth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:12.05 at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships...Helped Central finish eighth in the 4x800 meter relay at the NEC Outdoor Championships, the team finished in 9:39.28...Placed 10th in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:41.94 at the New England Outdoor Championships.

2012 Indoor Track: Helped Central finish first and notch a new meet record in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:03.70 at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships...Placed eighth in the 3,000 meter run at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:17.49...Ran a 3:03.38 in the 1,000 meter run at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational...Finished 11th in the 3,000 meter at the Great Dane Classic with a time of 10:15.84...Placed 16th in the one mile run with a time of 5:01.60 at the New England Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in all eight meets for the Blue Devils…Best finish for the season came at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 21 where she earned sixth place…Came in 13th place with a time of 19:02 at the Blue Devil Invitational…Finished 19th at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 17 with a time of 19:26.90…Recorded 15 points for CCSU at the Ted Owens Invitational on Sept. 24 with a time of 19:07…Completed the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships with a time of 19:27 for 93rd place out of 169 participants…Placed 23rd at the Northeast Conference Championships on Oct. 29 with a time of 19:50.30…Competed at the 2011 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships where she earned 152nd place out of 243 participants…Finished the season strong earning 35th place in a field of 215 runners with a time of 19:13 at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships.

2011 Outdoor Track: Placed fourth in the 4x800 meter relay at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships, team finished in 9:26.23...Finished 16th in the 800 meter run at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a time of 2:22.30.

2011 Indoor Track: Placed first in the one mile run with a time of 5:27.80 at the Army Carleton Crowell Open...Finished third overall in the one mile run at the Yale Collegiate Invitational with a time of 5:19.06...Ran the final leg of the distance medley relay at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships for a time of 12:27.36 and third place...Placed 14th in the 3,000 mile run at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:46.76.
