2010-2011: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track & field...Ran a season best 28.17 in the 200m at the 2011 Giegengack Invitational...Also ran the 400m in 1:01.65 and the 500m in 1:20.54.

2008-09: Competed in indoor and outdoor track…Posted season best time in the 500 meters at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational with a 1:19.54…Recorded a season-best time in the 400 meters, crossing the line in 1:00.90 to place 12th at the NEC Championships.

Before Central: Competed in indoor and outdoor track, as well as cross country at Tolland...Five times All-Conference...Conference Champions at Tolland four straight years...CT Class M State Champions 2007...All-State in 07-08 for SMR and 4x400m.
