2013-14: Competed in two events at the Northeast Conference Championships, placing 6th in the 1650 freestyle (17:35.57) and 13th in the 500 freestyle (5:04.86), both of which were season-best times...Novak helped the 400 freestyle relay team to a first place finish on Feb. 1 at Wagner, finishing with a time of 3:39.58...Her best individual placement was second where she did so three times, twice in the 500 freestyle and once in the 1000 freestyle...Finished her junior season with 31 appearances, 20 top ten finishes, 12 top five finishes, 8 top three finishes and 1 win.

2012-13: Competed in two events at the Northeast Conference Championships, placing ninth in the 1650 freestyle (17:36.52) and 15th in the 500 freestyle (5:09.83)...Best placement came as a member of the 200 freestyle relay team in the dual-meet against Wagner on Feb. 2, the team finished third with a time of 1:45.00...Best individual placement was third in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:45.93, also against Wagner...Accumulated 10 top-five performances on the season.

2011-12: Placed eighth in the 200 yard freestyle at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 1:56.22...Finished ninth in the 500 yard freestyle at the NEC Championships with a time of 5:04.99...Took fifth place in the 200 yard freestyle in the dual-meet against Vermont with a time of 1:59.77...Helped the 400 yard freestyle relay team earn third place against Vermont finishing in 3:45.70...Swam in the 800 yard freestyle relay at the Blue Devil Duals, the team took first with a time of 8:00.11.

Before Central:  Comes to Central from Cheshire, CT where she was a state, state open, and SCC finalist during her career at Cheshire High School...The national record holder with 276 consecutive wins...Class LL runner-up her freshman and sophomore years, and Class L runner-up her senior year...Member of four SCC league championship teams and one Class LL State Championship Team her junior year...Individual Class L State Champion in the 200 free relay and the 500 free...She is the class L record holder in the 400 free relay with a time of 3:34.37...A team captain her senior year, she was tabbed Most Valuable Swimmer...At the Sea Dog YMCA Swim Club she was a four-year YMCA National Qualifier in the summer long and spring short courses...Top 16 swimmer in Connecticut in 2008, 2009, and 2010...Recipient of the Coaches Award, Most Improved Award, and Captains Award.
