Bio

2013: Saw action in and started in all 19 games for the Blue Devils in her junior season...The UMASS transfer scored two goals on the year resulting in four total points...Her first goal, a game-winner, as a Blue Devil came on Sep 20. against Fairfield in a 3-1 victory...Sousa led the Blue Devils in shots with 60, putting 26 on net for a .433 shot on goal percentage...Her performance led to an All-NEC 1st Team selection for the junior and she was also named to the All-NEC Tournament team during the post-season.

Before Central:Sousa comes to Central from the University of Massachusetts where she started in both her freshman and sophomore seasons...Named to the All-Atlantic 10 Rookie Team as a freshman in 2011...Posted five goals, eight assists, 18 points, 49 shots, a .429 shot on goal percentage and three game-winning goals for the Minutewomen in two seasons...She was also a member of Stars of Mass in the Elite Clubs National League.
