Sullivan Earns Athlete of the Week Honors

After a strong showing in last weekend's New England Championships in Boston, MA, James Sullivan was awarded Athlete of the Week for the third time this season.

After a strong showing in last weekend's New England Championships in Boston, MA, James Sullivan was awarded Athlete of the Week for the third time this season.

Sullivan led the Blue Devils to a fourth-place finish and was the first CCSU runner to cross the finish line, placing third among 130 runners with a time of 24:44. 

Two more Blue Devils finished in the top-20 and were named to this week's NEC Men's Cross Country Prime Performer list. Yankarlos Diaz took 13th place with a time of 25:16 and Jake Ireland followed closely with a time of 25:20, securing 17th place.     

The men's cross country team will be back in action on Friday, October 21st for their CCSU Mini Meet at Stanley Park in New Britain, CT.
