2013 Cross Country: Competed in six events for the Blue Devils in his sophomore season...Qualified for the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships where he finished 79th out of the best 256 cross country runners in the northeast...He qualified from his exceptional performance in the NEC Cross Country Championships where he finished a season-best 8th out of 72 and helped the Blue Devils to a 5th straight NEC title...Finished 35th out of 279 in the varsity heat of the NEICAAA New England Championships.

2013 Outdoor Track: Performed well at the Northeast Conference Championships in which he placed 10th in the 10,000m run and 12th in the 5,000m run as a freshman with times of 32:53.56 and 15:30.85, respectively...Finished 10th of 22 in the 5,000m at the Holy Cross Invitational, crossing the finish line in 15:43.69...Placed 34th out of 65 runners in the 1,500m run at the UMASS Invitational on April 13 with a time of 4:13.10...Raced a career-best time of 4:10.54 in the 1,500m at the UMASS Preconference Meet on April 27.

2012 Cross Country:Named NEC Rookie of the Week on Oct. 24...Competed in five of the Blue Devils' eight meets as a freshman...Earned 23rd place of 115 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19...Placed 40th in his first NEC Championship meet with his time of 26:54.50...Best finish of the season came at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 15 where he ran unattached and claimed silver...Crossed the finish line 142nd of 260 and 167th of 239 at the All-New England Championships and NCAA Regionals, respectively. 

Before Central: Participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Terryville High School...Named Most Valuable Player for cross country and track...Earned Coaches' Award for track...Named All-Berkshire League and Berkshire League All-Star.
