2012 Cross Country: Crossed the finish line first of any Blue Devil in both of his meets as a sophomore...Best finish came at the Ted Owen Invitational in which he crossed the line 10th out of 94 competitors with his time of 26:19.69...Opened the season with a 12th place performance at the Nassaney College Men's 8K on Sept. 8 with his time of 26:43.90...Completed the season as a redshirt.

2012 Outdoor Track: USATF-JR 5,000 meter qualifier...Placed sixth in the 5,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:07.97...Finished sixth in the 1,500 meter run at the Second Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 4:03.69...Placed ninth overall at the University of New Hampshire Wildcat Invitational II in the 1,500 meter run clocking a 4:08.24...Ran a 4:05.28 in the 1,500 meter run at the University of Connecticut Invitational for 25th place...Finished 27th out of 126 in the 5,000 meter at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 14:53.76.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in five out of eight meets for the Blue Devils his freshman season…Awarded Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week on Oct. 25…Best performance of the season came at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 21 where he earned 17th place out of 80…Finished 19th with a time of 27:27 at the Northeast Conference Championships-one of only four freshman to finish in the top 20…Ran a 27:36 for 187th place at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships on Oct. 8…Finished 198th with a time of 35:39.60 at the 2011 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships…Completed the season at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships with a 26:59 for 100th place.
