Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2023 Outdoor: First Team All Northeast Conference...Won the 5,000m race at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational, finishing in 15:13.84 to notch a new collegiate best time...Finished second in the 1,500m run with a time of 3:49.51 (collegiate best) at the UConn Northeast Challenge... Ran a best time in the 800m race at the Blue Devil Invitational, crossing the finish line in 1:50.97 to take first place... Won two gold medals at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, one in the 800m (1:53.89) and one in the 1,500m (3:55.28). He also competed in the 5,000m race, coming in at 16:01.28... Finished out the season competing in the 800m run at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, coming in at 1:51.17 to place third.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Ran a personal best time of 8:34.41 in the 3000m race at the Wagner Invite... Placed second in the 1000m run (2:29.23) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships... Notched a personal best time in the mile (4:09.06) at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite... Was a part of the third-place finishing distance medley relay (10:21.42) at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Competed in the mile at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at BU, crossing the finish line in 4:10.59...Placed third in the 1000m run at the 2023 Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championship with a time of 2:24.61. 

2022 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference. Placed 7th at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in 25:23.1...Helped team to a second-place finish. Had three other top 10 finishes throughout the season: 2nd at the Father Bede Invite (19:10.7), 2nd at the Ted Owen Invite (25:52), and 9th at the CCSU Mini Meet (15:09). Competed at the NCAA Regionals and completed the 10k course with a time of 32:05.3. 

2022 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference Second Team (1500m)...Placed 2nd in the 1500 (3:54.39) and 4th in the 800 (1:54.58) at the NEC Championships...Ran the 5000 in 15:42.44

2021-22 Indoor: Won the 800 at the Lions Indoor Invitational (1:55.32)...Placed 2nd in the 1000 (2:24.38) at the New England Championships.

2021 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Had two Top-10 finishes...Placed 12th at the NEC Championships in 26:39.1

2021 Outdoor: Northeast Conference All-Rookie Team (1,500)...Placed 3rd in the 1,500 meter (3:55.50) and ran the 5,000 (15:57.57) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Clocked a collegiate-best at Vermont in the 800 (1:56.46)...Ran the mile at Bryant in 4:17.55.

2020-21 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Northeast Conference All-Rookie...Placed 13th at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in 25:39.7...Helped team to a second place finish.

Before Central: Three-time cross country All-Conference First Team (2017,2018,2019)...Two-time cross country All-State runner (2018,2019)...Two-time indoor track & field All-Conference First Team (2018-19,2019-20)...Made indoor track & field All-State(2019-20)...Made indoor track & field All-New England(2019-20)...Outdoor track & field All-Conference First Team (2019)...Was a high honors student and a scholar athlete at East Hampton High School.
