2019 Outdoor: Had a personal best in the javelin at the UConn Challenge...Threw the discus a bests of 47.68m at the Larry Ellis Invite...Won the discus at the CCSU Invite with a toss of 44.32 meters...Won the silver in the discus (46.35m) and posted a personal best in the hammer throw (42.07m) at the NEC Championship...Competed in the discus at the IC4A/ECAC Championship.
