2013 Outdoor Track: Competed in the high jump and 200m dash for CCSU at the NEC Championships...Registered a season-best high jump height of 1.93m at the Holy Cross Invitational, finishing third overall...Career-best 400m dash performance came at the UMASS Pre-Conference Meet where he finished sixth with his time of 50.76...Also competed on the 4x400m relay squad at Holy Cross where he ran the first leg en route to a second-place overall finish, the squad crossed the finish line in 3:22.55.

2013 Indoor Track: Competed in the 200m dash, high jump and triple jump for the Blue Devils at the NEC Championships...Finished ninth overall in the high jump at the NECs registering a height of 1.83m...His NEC triple jump performance was a season-best 12.66m...Achieved his career-best high jump score of 1.94m three times throughout the season, the first of which was at the Army Crowell Open where he tied for third place...Also competed on the men's 4x400 relay squad.

Before Central: Won the New England Championships in the high jump with a 6'9"...Set the Connecticut record at the State Open with his 6' 10 1/4" high jump, surpassing the previous record held since 1995...Named All-American after clearing 6'9" in the high jump for second-place at Nationals...Finished first in the high jump at the Class S meet, helping his high school win its first indoor track championship...Placed first in the Rhody High School Track Classic and in the New Haven Invitational...Qualified for Nationals in both seasons he competed in the high jump.
