2013 Outdoor Track: Competed at the NEC Championships for CCSU in both the long jump and triple jump events...Posted a career-best long jump distance of 6.03m at the NECs...Season-best score in the triple jump came at the Holy Cross Invitational where he registered a distance of 12.44m.

2013 Indoor Track: Competed in both the long jump and triple jump for the Blue Devils as a freshman...At the NEC Championships, recorded 11.37m in the triple jump and 6.02m in the long jump...Best long jump performance came at the Coaches Tribute Invitational hosted by Rhode Island where he placed seventh with a distance of 6.24m...Season-best triple jump score of 12.36m came at the Yale Invitational on Jan. 12.

Before Central: Competed in track and field at Wamogo Regional High School...National Qualifier in the long jump...Named All-Conference for the long jump...Also competed for the Litchfield Track Club.
