2013 Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Blue Devils in his freshman year...Made his cross country debut on Aug. 31 in the Father O'Neil Invitational where he made his best finish of the season by placing 9th out of 39...His 9th place finish earned him an NEC weekly award as he was tabbed NEC Rookie of the Week ending 9/4/13...Finished 29th out of 70 at the CCSU Ted Own Invitational on Sept. 21...Finished 24th out of 241 in the JV heat of the NEICAAA New England Championships on Oct. 12 where he was the first to cross the finish line and represent the NEC...His performance at the NEICAAA's led to his second NEC weekly honor of the season as he was tabbed NEC Rookie of the Week once again.

Before Central: Participated in cross country and track and field at Mark T. Sheehan High School...High Academic Honors recipient...Named Class M State Champion in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field.
