2013 Cross Country: Three-time NEC Athlete of the Week...2013 NEC Cross Country Individual Champion...Earned All-NEC honors for his impressive performance at the 2013 Cross Country Championships, he won the race in 26:23, leading the Blue Devils to their fifth-consecutive NEC title...Finished fifth overall at the New England Championships (24:27), leading CCSU to its first New England title...Placed 25th at the NCAA Regional competition out of 255 competitors, qualifying for the 2013 NCAA Championships...Also won the Father Bede Invitational (26:43) and the CCSU Mini Meet (14:58.45).

2013 Outdoor Track: Competed in the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13 where he placed 16th in his section in the 5,000m run, registering a time of 14:50.13.

2013 Indoor Track: Two-time All NEC First Team...Named NEC Most Outstanding Track Performer following two individual championships at the NEC Indoor Championship meet...Claimed the gold in the 3,000m run at the NEC's with his time of 8:31.83...Placed first in the 5,000m at the NEC's, crossing the finish line in 14:54.75...Also earned a second-place finish in the 3,000m run with his time of 8:36.93 at the URI Invitational on Feb. 2.

2012 Indoor Track: Placed first in the 5,000 meter run at the All-New England Indoor Championships with a time of 14:30.27...Completed the 3,000 meter run in 8:21.01 for third place at the All-New England Championships...Placed third in the 5,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 14:51.49...Also competed in the 3,000 meter run at the NEC Championships where he placed fourth, crossing the finish line in 8:30.30...Placed seventh in the 5,000 meter run at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships in Boston, MA.

2011 Cross Country: Turned in a solid season for the Blue Devils finishing three meets in the top five and earning All-Conference honors…Named Northeast Conference Athlete of the week on Sept. 20 and again on Oct. 25…Best performance of the season came at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 17 where he earned a first place overall victory with a time of 26:21…Followed that impressive win with 13th place out of 282 at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:11…Finished in second place out of 80 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 21…Also finished second at the Northeast Championships on Oct. 29 with a time of 26:06.90…Placed 57th at the 2011 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships on Nov. 12…Finished the season at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:25 for 12th place out of 154 participants.

2011 Outdoor Track: Placed third at the Holy Cross Invitational on April 23 in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 14:44.04...Earned 10th place at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 15 in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 30:34.65...Ran a 3:57.33 at UCONN in the 1,500 meter race for 10th place.

2010 Cross Country: Named All-Northeast Conference…Placed third at the 2010 NEC Championships…Was named NEC Athlete of the Week on 10/26/10…Won the CCSU Mini Meet…Placed second at ECAC Championships…Finished fifth at the Ted Owen Invitational…Finished 14th at the New England Intercollegiate Championships.

2010 Outdoor Track: Placed fifth at the NEC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 32:09.71...Finished sixth in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 5:10.88 at the Holy Cross Duals on April 20...Ran a 4:10.48 in the 1,500 meter race at the UCONN Invitational on April 4 for 17th place.

2010 Indoor Track: Finished eighth in the NEC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:36.34...Placed 19th at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 8:41.15...Completed the one mile run in 4:36.97 at the Boston Indoor Games on Jan. 29 for 43rd place.

Before Central: Captained New Milford cross country and track teams for 2008 and 2009...Holds the school record in the 3200 meter run...Earned All-State honors for cross country during junior and senior seasons...Also was All-Southwest Conference in cross country for 2007 and 2008...As a senior was All-State in indoor and outdoor track for the 3200...Garnered All-New England accolades in the 3200 in 2009.
