2013 Cross Country: Best finish came at the Ted Owen Invitational in which he placed sixth out of 70 runners with his time of 26:24...Placed eighth at the Father Bede Invitational in 27:31...Finished 22nd at the 2013 NEC Championships, crossing the finish line in 28:42.

2013 Outdoor Track: Named All-Northeast Conference Second Team...Had an impressive showing at the NEC Championships, claiming the silver in the 10,000m run with a career-best time of 32:13.55 and finishing fourth in the 5,000m with his time of 15:03.38...Placed seventh in the 1,500m at the Holy Cross Invitational with his time of 4:04.02...Ran a career-best time of 14:55.73 in the 5,000m at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13...Finished 10th in the 1,500m at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational on April 6 with a time of 4:06.93.

2013 Indoor Track: Placed fifth at the NEC Indoor Championships in the 3,000m run and sixth in the 5,000m run with times of 8:37.66 and 15:12.08, respectively...Raced a career-best time of 4:23.43 in the one mile at the Yale Invitational on Jan. 12, good for sixth place out of 40...Placed ninth in the 3,000m run at the New England Indoor Championships, crossing the finish line in a career-best time of 8:30.06.

2012 Cross Country: Named 2012 NEC Fall Scholar Athlete...Competed in seven of eight meets...Placed first at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 15...Finished 10th at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 15:52.67...Finished 11th at the Northeast Conference Championships, crossing the finish line in 25:41.58 and helping the team to its fourth consecutive NEC Championship title...Earned 30th at the Blue Devils' opening meet, the Nassaney Men's College 8K on Sept. 8...Placed 41st at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:11.5...Ran the 8K NEICAAA Championship race in 25:25.28 for 53rd place...Placed 91st of 239 in the 10K NCAA Regional Competition, crossing the line in 32:10.0.

2012 Indoor Track: Placed seventh in the one mile run at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational with a time of 4:26.51...Completed the 3,000 meter run in 8:49.77 at the Yale Giegengack Invitational for ninth place...Finished 12th at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships in both the 3,000 meter run (8:51.81) and the 5,000 meter run (15:22.55)...Placed 19th in the 5,000 meter run at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 15:09.39...Also placed 19th in the 5,000 meter run at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 15:09.39.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in six out of eight meets during his sophomore season as a Blue Devil…Best finish came at the Blue Devil Invitational on Sept. 2 where he placed ninth in a field of almost 50 with a time of 27.20…Placed 11th out of 80 participants in the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 21…Had an impressive showing at the Northeast Conference Championships on Oct. 29 with a time of 28:09.70 for 36th place out of 101…Earned CCSU 33 points at the Ted Owens Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 24…Placed 173rd at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships…Finished the season at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:05 for 107th place.

2011 Outdoor Track: Placed seventh in the 1,500 meter run at the Bryant University Track and Field Invitational with a time of 4:07.25.
