2013 Cross Country: All-Conference honoree...Best finish came at the NEC Championships where he placed second in 26:29, helping lead the Blue Devils to their fifth-straight NEC title...Placed third (27:00) at the Father Bede Invitational hosted by Saint Francis U on Sept. 28...Crossed the line seventh at the New England Championships, helping lead CCSU to its first New England title in program history...Competed in NCAA Regional Competition finishing 36th of 255 runners.

2013 Outdoor Track: Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week on April 23...Placed third at the NEC Outdoor Championships in the 4x800m relay, the team crossed the finish line in an IC4A qualifying time of 7:40.70...Broke the CCSU record in the 3,000m steeplechase with his time of 8:59.11, good for second of 34 runners at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 19...Also helped break the CCSU record in the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays, the team crossed the finish line in 7:38.32...Kicked off his season placing first in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Monmouth Season Opener with his time of 9:08.21...Finished ninth in the 1,500m run with an IC4A qualifying time of 3:48.68 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13...Made an appearance at the 2013 NCAA Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase.

2013 Indoor Track: Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 22...Named First Team All-NEC for his impressive performance at the NEC Indoor Championships in the 4,000m distance medley relay, the team crossed the finish line in 10:15.75 for the victory...Claimed silver at the NEC's in the one mile run with his time of 4:19.16 for eight team points...Broke the CCSU record in the one mile run at the New England Indoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 4:09.60 for eighth out of 32 runners...Placed third at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18 in the one mile with his IC4A qualifying time of 4:12.54...Ran a 4:09.74 in the IC4A preliminaries in the one mile, good for 17th.

2012 Cross Country: Best finish came at the 2012 Northeast Conference Championships in which he placed ninth overall with his time of 25:37.70, helping the Blue Devils to their fourth consecutive conference title...Opened the season with a 17th-place finish, second on the team, at the Nassaney Men's College 8K on Sept. 8...Placed 64th out of 260 competitors at the All-New England Cross Country Championships, third on the team, on Oct. 7 with his time of 25:34.30...Crossed the finish line fourth for the Blue Devils at the 104th IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships for 64 team points and 75th out of 124...Placed 124th out of 239 at NCAA Regionals, finishing in the top five for Central.

2012 Outdoor Track: Placed first in the 1,500 meter run at the University of Massachusetts Spring meet with a time of 3:56.13...Finished third in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:11.88 at the Second Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational...Placed sixth at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:58.32...Finished seventh in the 800 meter run at the Holy Cross Invitational with a time of 1:56.29...Ran the second leg of the men's 4x800 meter relay at the New England Outdoor Championships, team finished 13th in 7:56.16...Finished 24th in the 5,000 meter run at the NEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:59.14.

2012 Indoor Track: Placed seventh in the 800 meter run at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic with a time of 1:59.17...Finished eighth in the 1,000 meter run with a time of 2:36.08 at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational...Ran the second leg of the men's 4x400 meter relay, the team ran a 3:35.78 for 12th place at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in six of the Blue Devils' eight meets during his freshman season...His best performance was at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 12 where he ran a 15:51 for 18th place…Had an impressive showing at the Northeast Conference Championship meet on Oct. 29 where he earned 35th place with a time of 28:09.40…Placed 79th out of 143 at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 17 and 156th out of 240 at the 2011 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 12…Earned 60 points for the Devils at the Ted Owens Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 24…Also participated in the sub-varsity meet at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships on Oct. 8 where he placed 181st out of 294 participants with a time of 29:13.

Before Central: Received New London Day All-Area and All-ECC honors for indoor and outdoor track & field in his senior year...Set a school record for the 2K steeplechase at Fitch High School in Groton, CT...Indoor ECC champion in the 4x400m and 4x800m relays...Runner-up in the 600m.
