Bio
2010-2011: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track & field...At the Albany Great Dane Classic, he won the 1,000m event finishing first with a time of 2:31.77...Placed third in the 1,500m event (4:10.56) at the UConn Men's Husky Invitational...Also competed in the 800m (1:55.20), 1 mile (4:30.54), 3,000m steeple (9:55.02), and javelin (40.37m).
Before Central: Three time All-Shoreline Conference honors...All-State selection in cross country in 2007...CT Class S STate Runner-up in the indoor track 600m run, 2008.
